Its Saturday, 24 March 2018 and I am writing from a cold Johannesburg, South Africa. It has been a busy week and another busy week ahead.
On the menu today is a meatballs and sweet potato french fries with a honey mustard mayo dip prepared in my Whirlpool iXelium oven.
While that is cooking away I am enjoying a G&T and reading up about innovation. My search is to define what innovation means to different businesses, and what culture and environment you need to create to achieve an team which can deliver on ‘innovation’.
Innovation – “make changes in something established, especially by introducing new methods, ideas, or products”. Having read quite a number of articles on the subject, innovation is often too focussed on ‘change’ rather than ‘improvement’.
