Case study — National vaccine campaign

People have stopped listening to advertising. They’ve heard it all, and they’ve learned to scroll past it. If you want to reach someone now, you have to earn the moment — not buy it.

That’s the problem this campaign had to solve. A national health message, an audience worn out by two years of noise, and a subject people were tired of hearing about. Traditional channels were talking at people. We needed to talk withthem.

We took it to TikTok — not as an ad, but as content. The thinking was simple: enter the platform the way real creators do, with videos people actually want to watch, and only then use boosting to carry the best of it further. No buying views. No corporate voice. Just honest, human storytelling about something that mattered.

The result: the campaign passed 10 million views and, more importantly, shifted the conversation among the people it needed to reach — [drop in your hardest result here: a sentiment change, a regional uptake figure, whatever you can evidence].

There’s a reason this approach works, and it isn’t a hunch. Kantar’s own research shows that ads which make people feelsomething are four times more likely to build lasting brand value — and far more likely to be shared. Emotion travels. Instruction doesn’t.

That’s the whole of how I work: I don’t buy views, I make things worth watching, and then put weight behind what earns it. Whether the goal is awareness, downloads or sales, it starts with content people would choose on their own.

If you’d like to talk through what’s possible for your brand, grab a virtual coffee — no pitch, just a conversation.
